The City of SeaTac, is excited to announce the launch of the Small Business Capital Access Program. The program is designed to support SeaTac’s small business owners by providing them with expert guidance, financial resources, and educational resources that can set them on the path to success.

What You Need for the Stipend
- To qualify for the $1,000 stipend, you will need to provide the following documentation:

- A 2-year cash flow statement to demonstrate how your business has managed finances over the past couple of years.
